Terms of Service

These terms govern use of EmailFleet, a mailbox operations service provided by Main Street AI Team. By creating an account, accepting a workspace invite, or using an API key, you agree to them. If you are accepting for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

The Service

EmailFleet provisions, monitors, and retires business mailboxes across domains you own, provides a unified inbox and deliverability tooling, and offers API, webhook, and MCP access for agent mailboxes. Mail itself is carried on third-party mail infrastructure; we manage it on your behalf.

Accounts and Access

Access is by invitation. You are responsible for the people you invite into your workspace, for safeguarding credentials and API keys, and for everything sent from mailboxes in your workspace, whether by a person or by an agent you connected.

Acceptable Use

Use is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits unsolicited mail outright. The policy is part of these terms, and breaking it is grounds for suspension or termination.

Fees and Plans

Plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe Checkout; cards, invoices, plan changes, and cancellation are managed in the Stripe billing portal from Settings. Published prices are launch pricing and planning figures; the price in your checkout confirmation is the binding one. Plan quotas (mailboxes, seats, storage) are enforced in the product. A failed payment starts a 14-day grace period, after which the workspace is suspended until payment succeeds. We will give at least 30 days' notice before a price change affects an existing subscription.

Your Data

Your domains, your mail, and your recipient relationships are yours. Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your mail over standard protocols (IMAP) at any time, and DNS stays under your control or delegation.

Service Changes and Availability

We aim for the service to be available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Upstream mail infrastructure carries its own service levels, and scheduled maintenance will be announced when it affects you. We may change features over time; we will not materially reduce what your plan includes mid-term without notice.

Suspension and Termination

You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. We can suspend or terminate a workspace for violation of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, for non-payment, or where upstream infrastructure requires it. Where practical we warn first; abuse that endangers other customers' deliverability may be suspended immediately. You can export your workspace (mailboxes, domains, audit trail, and every message EmailFleet holds as standard .eml files) from Settings at any time, and after termination you have 30 days to do so before deletion.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost mail caused by third-party infrastructure.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Main Street AI Team is organized. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stand. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to account owners with at least 14 days' notice. Questions: hello@emailfleet.io.
